San Bernardino?

Are you talking about Back to the Future?

by Anonymousreply 1May 24, 2025 2:22 AM

Was it even supposed to be in California? It was just a made up place.

by Anonymousreply 2May 24, 2025 2:23 AM

Hill Valley? Did it even exist?

by Anonymousreply 3May 24, 2025 2:25 AM

The courthouse was in Universal City, so it was the Valley.

That same courthouse was the scene of Tom Robinson’s trial for the alleged rape of Mayella Ewell. Boo Radley almost died of the damp in its basement, if you believe Dill’s Aunt Stephanie.

After Marty decides against racing Needles at the end of Back to the Future Part III, the zip code 95420 is visible on the letterhead of the printout Jennifer brought back with her from 2015 announcing Marty's termination from Cusco. This zip code corresponds with Caspar, California, an unincorporated community in Mendocino County

by Anonymousreply 8May 24, 2025 3:36 AM

Nobody mentions any real place, duh. That’s the point of discussion.
