It's a lot.

Stop smoking. And I did.

Eventually.

I told him that if he ever diagnosed me with a fatal disease, first thing I'd do is go out and buy a carton of cigarettes.

Eggs, beef and shrimp once a week if that. I did it, and my cholesterol numbers improved greatly. I’m glad I didn’t need meds.

In the 1980s an osteopath in NYC told me to stop clenching my butt because I was scared of aids. He said you can be scared of aids but you're young good looking and horny so go out have a lot of safe sex and you wont be scared all the time. Being tight assed all day long is based on fear and anxiety and has no practical use to prevent AIDS. stop it. have sex. move on.
