I just bought clothes from Costco!

Am I suddenly part of the glitterati?

No you're a suburban frau.

I buy all my clothes at JC Penney. And I don’t care what anyone thinks of me.

I love my black polo shirts from JC Penney where the bottom button is fake and it attaches by velcro. Love it!

by Anonymousreply 6May 24, 2025 4:35 AM

Are you a great, big, fat, eldergay, R6?

by Anonymousreply 7May 24, 2025 4:41 AM

And what’s WRONG with the summerwear rack at Rite Aid…hmmmmmmm???!!

by Anonymousreply 8May 24, 2025 4:57 AM

Dont know about glitterati but you fancier than me. My last couple of clothes shops have been at KMart

by Anonymousreply 10May 24, 2025 5:13 AM

Ann buys me the Kirkland 3 pack of shirts.

by Anonymousreply 11May 24, 2025 5:26 AM

My mom buys me Costco clothes sometimes and they never fit right. I don’t get it

by Anonymousreply 12May 24, 2025 5:32 AM

Costco used to only sell large and xtra large. Thankfully, they now sell smaller sizes. I bought a rain jacket there for when I travel

by Anonymousreply 13May 25, 2025 4:20 AM

I get it for people who don’t give a shit about style. Some people just want to be comfortable and they have other concerns that they’d rather spend time and attention on.

by Anonymousreply 14May 25, 2025 7:00 AM

Oh, fancy, OP!

Are you Australian? Kmart is long gone in America.

by Anonymousreply 16May 25, 2025 10:17 AM

R16 New Zealand actually, KMart is big here, our equivalent of Walmart

by Anonymousreply 17May 25, 2025 10:19 AM

If you drop the initial "g", then yes, you are part of it.

Levi's jeans are insanely overpriced these days.

I buy Sam's Club heavy denim blue jeans now. Great bargain!

by Anonymousreply 19May 25, 2025 11:19 AM

I have outerwear from Costco. Good stuff too.

by Anonymousreply 20May 25, 2025 11:28 AM

The one and only time I’ve looked at Costco clothing they had only two kinds of pants: black cargo pants and tan cargo pants.

by Anonymousreply 21May 25, 2025 12:04 PM

They have great deals. You can get Ben Sherman, Adidas, Banana Republic etc. And you can buy 15 of them if you like it.

by Anonymousreply 22May 25, 2025 12:06 PM

Once I turned 50, Costco clothes started to seem sensible
