On the show her breakfast was: a dozen eggs scrambled, 2 large bowls of cheese grits/hominy, 1lb of bacon, 8 sausage patties, 9 biscuits and 6 Eggo waffles.

That's a lot of carbs and pork.

She looks like she'd have enjoyed being besties with Simply Sara. I hope they're someplace together now enjoying their favorite foods.

What’s sad is she was about 550 on the show but then got up to about 750. She never dealt with her trauma.

Latonya, that’s French for “the Tonya” you know. I’m fluent in the language.

A 750 lb corpse. How do they remove and transport that one? All the normal ways of handling death don’t work when the deceased is this massive.

I can’t imagine eating all of that food for breakfast. And with the price of eggs and bacon 😬, unaffordable.

40 sounds about right. As I tell those who question how I’ve maintained the same weight that I had in the early ‘80s, when I was 25, nothing tastes as good (in the moment) as does the constant feeling of being slim.

What does one eat to get this way and do their sides not hurt?

It seems like the Guiness book mentioned the use of a full grand piano as a coffin for the fattest man to date. This poor creature had some serious mental & emotional issues to get that big.

But seriously. If an extremely large person is to be cremated does the crematory unit accommodate this or would they be done in pieces-legs ,thighs and breasts.. Sounds like a package of chicken.

This is what I can't comprehend. When they hit say, 400lbs, do they not think for a minute "I've packed on a few pounds, maybe I should cut back on the eating a little, or at least walk even a little every day" ? Instead they choose to eat even more and balloon another 200lbs.
