What the fuck? How can any legit orthodontist try to claim this is a finished result? Those teeth are bilateral incisors are turning in opposite directions.
Wouldn't you be furious if your wore braces for almost these years and THIS was the result?

Damn I meant to say "almost three years" in the title. Typo.

Meh , what was the before?

They look ok to me? The two "imperfections" kinda give her a little character (and I wouldn't have even noticed them had she not pointed them out).
I hope she doesn't think veneers are the way to fix this!

r4 No way I'd accept those two teeth as little imperfections. Those teeth as still crooked as fuck and any dentist who tries to pass them off as well-aligned needs to have their licence removed. Imagine going through years of pain just to get this result. I'd refuse to pay.

The only one who notices those slight imperfections is the patient herself, no one else cares. And there's only so much you can do before they rotate in the opposite direction.
And how did you find this, anyway? It's from November 2016, this chick's surely dead by now, so even she doesn't care anymore.

r6 Dead? She's 20 in the post. Why would she be dead before 30?

Disease, accident, murder... People die all the time! So it's not unreasonable to assume she's gone by now, a decade is a long time.
