Not really. Even gays on the spectrum or ugly gays get laid because of our hookup culture. If a gay man isn't having sex, it's because HE is deciding not to do so. That can be due to religion, a low sex drive, rejecting the men that want to sleep with him on grindr because they are not what he wants, etc. , but it's nothing like the incels.

I don’t think that gays approach sex the same way straights do. Straight people are conditioned to pile all these layers of morality onto sex in a way that gay men just aren’t. For us, sex is just something that we do, something that we need, simply a part of life like eating. I have at times let guys fuck me not necessarily because I was really attracted to them, but because they were nice guys and I knew they needed a release.

R6 and R9 are just not attracted to the men that would sleep with them, therefore they are technically voluntarily celibate.

I see them on the gay subreddits askgaybros and askgaybrosover30. They're basically guys who expect conventionally hot partners but won't do anything to make themselves hot.
