I wear contacts, but lately I've also needed to wear reading glasses. They are gradually putting marks on the left, right and just above my nose. What can be done for this?
how to prevent marks on your nose from wearing glasses?

Properly adjusted glasses should not do that. If these are drugstore cheaters, find a different brand or go to an optician and get frame that have adjustable nose pieces. What an idiotic question.

Your nose is too big for that gesture.

Use a monocle.

I haven’t found a way, even with skin brightening serums.
Stay extra hydrated. It helps, but only a little bit.

Attach adhesive moleskin pieces to the nosepieces. Or buy silicone ones.

I scolded the marks on my nose. They understand better now, and have promised not to wear glasses.

Just have the contact lens in your non-dominant eye under-corrected (known as monovision). Then you can see distance and close up without the need for reading glasses. I've been doing that since my mid-50s (for about 10 years now). I can't wait until I get cataracts. I'll do monovision with intraocular implants and never deal with contact lenses or glasses again!

My bff did that, R9. She started sometime in her early 40s, and it worked great for her ever since.

Change the nosepads to soft silicon ones, as big as you can stand the look if.
