Phoenix/Scottsdale restaurant recommendations

Had a great meal at a Peruvian place there. It looks like a mini nondescript plaza from the street but it's really good food.
The little neighborhood surrounding it is as close to a "gayborhood" as Phoenix apparently gets.

Sunny's Diner in Tempe is actually a great place for breakfast or lunch. Casey Moore's in Tempe is also good (I know not Scottsdale but close).

The Mission in Scottsdale. It's a fancy Mexican restaurant. I've been a couple times and I highly recommend it.

Go to Geordie's at the Wrigley Mansion, Scottsdale for brunch or jazz night for drinks/bar menu.

If you want good food in a unique place, I’d say Hanny’s in Downtown Phoenix is hard to beat.
