San Antonio police arrested Pardo on a child endangerment charge after she allegedly pointed a gun at her infant daughter and took a photograph.

In a video of Pardo's magistration at the jail on Friday, a magistrate judge listed her conditions of bond: no contact with her children, no possession of firearms or alcohol. The judge also ordered that partial GPS monitoring from her previous case remain in effect. Bond was set at $45,000.

A San Antonio police detective assigned to the department’s Fusion Center discovered the photo while reviewing metadata from Pardo’s cellphone during the execution of a terrorism-related search warrant.

The image, timestamped March 3, 2023, shows Pardo pointing a black shotgun at her then-11-month-old daughter, who is kneeling on a bed with one hand reaching toward the weapon, according to the affidavit.

The detective determined that the image was sent to the child’s father with a message calling the girl a “brat” and urging him to “tell her to keep being bad."

Pardo’s finger appeared to be inside the trigger guard, and her tattoos were visible on her arm in the image, the detective wrote.

Her husband is a charmer, too. I'm not sure if this is the same kid who was planning the school shooting.

On April 25, police made contact to the 13-year-old victim. The boy is known to be a victim of assault in the past from Porras by police, according to the arrest affidavit.

The victim told police that Porras was known to carry a pistol, and on multiple occasions he had taken the weapon out and placed it on the table next to the victim.

The victim also said that Porras came into his room one night and pointed the weapon at the teen before putting it back

According to the affidavit, the victim is scared of Porras and has suffered mental health issues from the alleged abuse. He said that Porras has thrown him around, slapped and punched him in the past. He said this started when he was six years old and has continued up until early April 2025.

The abuse led to the victim attempting to take his own life on April 10, requiring about 100 sutures to close the cut.

The affidavit doesn't say how Porras and the victim are related.
