You'd think they'd just change at the same rate over time, unless they had some sort of serious physical illness. But so often I notice someone I work with suddenly looks much, much older than before--like they aged five years almost over night. (I'm sure I must at times look this way myself.)

Growth is much the same way, it's not always linear. 🤷♀️
