Is this the 2-bedroom condo on the 56th floor or the entire 57th floor?

That's a lot of money for a view to find the best route out of Philadelphia.

HIGH up in the SKY

I bet that unobstructed view of South Jersey is a big selling point.

A little difficult to judge properly because the photos very much depict parts of a whole, with little sense of the overall feel or plan or organization of spaces. But the walls of angled windows are certainly interesting.

Properly decorated it could take better advantage of the unusual design and be very striking, less corporate, less generic staged furniture apartment.

For me, it me be interesting to live in the place for a year or two, a short term. Fourteen floors or less, and something more conventional and luxurious in finishes is more my usual style, but this is one of the few skyscraper apartments that may have some promise (or might if it were in my budget.)

The listing suggests 11' ceiling heights, which seems incongruous with most of the photos, but that would that should be a minimum at that price.

For half the price and twice the ceiling height and the same square footage, I would much prefer this loft carved from a 19thC factory. The view of OP's listing are amazing, but I prefer the architecture if this one - and it's a good arrange if you need only one good bedroom and a secondary space that can be used as a guest room on occasion.
