They have to be in the bakery by 5 am to start baking the bread and sweets. They are not afraid of hard work. I like these type of ASMR videos with almost no words and just the visual of delicous breads and deserts being prepared. The one thing gives me pause is ALL of that salt sprinkled on those Swedish rollls ( YUCKO).
