Are they R41 ? Nothing is "full size" when you're a baby. Correcting a physical birth defect of the genitals isn't the same as a biological male undergoing a vaginoplasty which requires a penis to be inverted. If an infant is intersex there might not be a penis, so that is probably a different type of surgery.

I would not be surprised to see some level of buyers remorse after having one’s healthy penis removed by choice.
