"For once, ONCE, in your life, you will be polite"
Shelley Winters slapping and shaking the fuck out of a little girl: "DON'T YOU TALK TO ME LIKE THAT!"

Video is blocked in every country on the planet except the US. Very inclusive of you, OP.

And off to Tubi I go. Thanks OP.

Who’s the little girl? She has cuntface, like Mara Hobel.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | May 5, 2025 6:15 PM |
I love Shelley Winters!
by Anonymous | reply 6 | May 5, 2025 6:26 PM |
That little girl is a terrible actress.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | May 5, 2025 6:34 PM |
I would have recommended more drastic measures.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | May 5, 2025 6:41 PM |
Yeah! Show that selfish little pig who's boss!
by Anonymous | reply 9 | May 5, 2025 6:41 PM |

I have to share a real Shelley Winters story. A friend of mine had a small role in the movie HEAVY and as he was strolling to the set Miss Winters came out of her trailer.
She looked at him and SHRIEKED,[italic] "Stop staring at my tits! Stop staring at my tits!" [/italic]as she clutched a dressing gown around her. She was really creating a scene.
He just kept walking, embarrased.

How did Shelley Winters ever become a Hollywood star? She couldn’t act and looked like a pig in a wig.

How kind of you to refer to me as a little girl.

That’s mean. She’s often a great actress, and she looked good for a long time, if you look at her earlier movies.

Quite heavy tits!

R13's friend was Dom DeLuise...pussy hound.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | May 6, 2025 7:26 AM |
I dunno, she always looked like lipstick on a pig. They tried their best but you could tell she wasn’t a beauty. She always had a trashy thing about her too.

I remember Married with Children having a great line about Al turning into Shelley Winters on the Tonight Show. He’s telling the same stories over and over and over again. 😆
They have entire compilations of her telling the same Marilyn Monroe stories year after year. Marilyn, had she lived, probably would have said, “Shelley who?”

“The Visitor” has been acknowledged as one of the worst movies of all time.

Two Oscars would disagree with you.
I love Shelley. She was a diehard lefty and a good broad.

Why on earth would they decorate the set with that giant 7Up lamp? I know about product placement but that was ridiculous.

I had to look up that film. I knew that it was either Canadian or Italian and it’s Italian. It’s actually pretty creepy. It’s kinda like watching something while high on drugs.

Sometimes you can sense she’s acting, and one trademark is her quivering, pleading emotional response. It’s pretty effective in some good films like Night of the Hunter, Harper, and others. She also appeared in some exploitation films, and she wasn’t afraid to play rotten characters like the mother in A Patch of Blue.

She loved having her tits diddled.

Winters was perfectly cast as Nana Mary on “Roseanne” even if the age gap between her and Estelle Parsons wasn’t big enough.

The best is her dramatic dive into the water in The Poseidon Adventure.

r30, ha!!!!!
by Anonymous | reply 33 | May 6, 2025 12:16 PM |
But have you seen my acting chops in Tentacles?
by Anonymous | reply 34 | May 6, 2025 12:27 PM |
Where’s the clip of the guy on Carson telling her to shut up?
by Anonymous | reply 35 | May 6, 2025 2:34 PM |
IMDB says that Shelley really did slap the kid several times in rehearsal.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | May 6, 2025 2:54 PM |
IMDB:
According to Lance Henriksen, the cast agreed to do the movie to get a free trip to Italy. Henriksen dislikes the movie, calling it "a real turkey."

R24. And a very good swimmer. She had a medal!

My favorite moment in “The Visitor” is when Winters is reassuring the terrorized mother that she is finally safe from her evil daughter.
“She will never hurt you again!” Winters says and suddenly the daughter appears and attacks her violently while Winters apparently just stands there and lets it happen.

I truly believe we need more positive portrayals like this in the media. I think it would benefit society to see this sort of thing everywhere!
by Anonymous | reply 40 | May 6, 2025 3:31 PM |
The Visitor is on Tubi (of course) — I’ll have to watch it.
by Anonymous | reply 41 | May 6, 2025 7:01 PM |
Shelley was upstaged by the set. Was 7 Up a sponsor? That's the only explanation for that tacky ass hanging light shade. Can't slap the fuck out of a lamp shade.
