1. Physical Safety 2. Freedom of self expression and dress 3. Civil Rights currently mandated by Local,State and Federal regulations 4. Medical Care consistent with what is provided to the general population. 5. Ability to legally change gender after completing reassignment surgery.

Trans People ARE NOT entitled to:

1. Legal Protection on use of pronouns. 2. Legal Protection for automatic inclusion in traditional male only and female only social groups /establishments/sex venues etc ( if not fully transitioned) 3. Medicare coverage for transitioning. 4. Competing in high school and college athletics as the gender opposite of their birth gender. ( If not fully transitioned)

Years back, I was supportive of trans rights until men started demanding (if you have a penis, you are a man) access to women's restrooms, changing rooms, etc. & puberty blockers for children, that is insanity.

Straight people are allowed legal protection for use of pronouns so why not trans people? It would be called harassment if you kept calling your straight male employee “she.”

Male only and female only groups are likely illegal if challenged anyway.

As for sports, it should be legal to prevent one from participating in sports. If our prejudices prevent trans from participating in sports with either team, we need to redefine who can play in sports. If you’re worried about an advantage, we need to look at all advantages—height, weight, arm length —and ban them too
