If I went to see Dr. Kaiser at R5 for a checkup, I would voluntarily remove my pants and pray from some much needed major dental work that required hours of invasive oral activity where he would welcome my sucking on his gloved fingers and also, eventually, anal penetration.
If he had to put me under, I would gladly sign a waiver for any sexual acts he wished to perform on my body which hopefully I would be at least semi-conscious of and would enjoy an ache in my jaw and anal cavity. I would also hand write on that waiver that he could plant his babies inside me by any means necessary, as a matter of priority over any dental procedures.
