You can't shed that much weight as fast as she did through strength training alone. Why didn't she just say cardio, it would have been so much more believable. Just say you power walk on your treadmill at home while working on your lines or something. Having said that, I admit I can't wait to see her final form. Once these fatties get a taste of freedom, they don't tend to look back and just stop at mild obesity. I love seeing these success stories and am on Wegovy subreddit often for that reason.

Chrissy is 44...Carnie was 31 and a little over 300 lbs. Chrissy was AT LEAST 400-450 lbs...perhaps more. Her skin has been stretched out for much longer and will not "spring back" as much as Carnie's may have. Not sure if Carnie had any plastic surgery...

Carnie did have surgery to get the extra skin removed because, in her own words, "every time I took a bubble bath my excess skin would float to the top."

I also have to believe that she truly just doesn't really want to lose weight. She's created a life for herself at this weight, and it's so ingrained in her identity that she wouldn't know how to cope NOT having the weight as a crutch of a sorts.
