I didn't know the waffle fries changed. But back in January or maybe even earlier I read news that Chick-fil-A stopped sourcing antibiotic-free chicken for its products. Now you get DoxyPEP with every order of nuggets.

Oh, yes, it's the *fries* that make me avoid Chick Fil A like the plague.

What does the drugged up chicken have to do with a new fry recipe?

Waffle fries are difficult to do--they often aren't very crisp. I haven't been to ChikFilA in ages but I recall the waffle fries sucked even in the past--very plastic like texture and no flavor.

Thr fries were never the good thing about Chick-fil-A.

A decent chicken sandwich, great lemonade, and outstanding customer service were what made them popular. A step above other fast food.

But never the fries. People raved about them, yes. But people were wrong.

Eat wherever you want, but I choose to spend my fast food money elsewhere.

They used to have really good coleslaw, but that was taken off the menu years ago.

"Outstanding customer service"--just the usual lackluster Atlanta experience.

For fast food, Chick-fil-a absolutely has the best customer service. I fully support people choosing not to eat there due to their history or because it's still unhealthy fast food, but they are miles better than McDonald's, taco bell, KFC, etc. when it comes to service. That was my point.

R21 People of all ages enjoy lemonade here in the South. Chik Fil A offers a sugar-free lemonade which is my go to.

Politics aside, the fries have always been crap.

I was dragged to one recently and the food was lousy.

IME Chick fil A customer service is not obsequious like some places. Employee personality is allowed to come through so they don’t feel like automatons. And thus it feels more genuine.

Also, the fries didn’t really taste any different the last time I went. Still not great.

Chik Fil A is absolutely disgusting. Go to Raising Cane's instead.
