Susan Hayward is an extremely enjoyable hamy actress,.
I especially loved it when she played great singers like Lillian Roth or Jane Froman, because she would sing (as Roth) or lip-sync (as Froman) before audiences with the weirdest dramatic hand gestures you've ever seen. I've never seen anyone use these hand gestures like these when singing besides Hayward.
