How to Air Fry an English Muffin
Pre-heat air fryer to 400.
Lightly brush English Muffin with melted butter or spritz with oil to make it golden all over. I used melted butter.
Air fry for 3-4 minutes.
It was perfectly brown and crisp all over and delicious. I could have skipped adding more butter when it was done but I didn't. I also added Smuckers Blackberry jam. Highly recommend buttering before toasting.

Thanks for this ! I was having an English Muffin this morning and wondering how it would be in an Air Fryer. I'm betting crumpets and bolo muffins would be just as good, too !

Did the butter saturate all of the nooks and crannies?

Yes it did r2. I was a bit heavy handed with the melted butter and air fried for 4 minutes because I like crispy. So very good.
You're welcome r1.

Air fryer English muffin pizzas are good. The trick is not too high of a temp and full fat cheese.

I just deep fry my muffins in lard like I always have.

I made English muffins from scratch during the lockdown. It was actually kind of fun and they turned out OK. But not substantially better than store-bought.

What if I would prefer to deep-fry it... or rather, deep-fry a dozen of them?

Nah. I’m not going to do that. Just be at my house tomorrow morning at 6:30 with all the ingredients. I will let you in so you can make this for me quickly. Then leave. I have shit to do.

After I make my eggs and bacon I fry mine in the bacon grease. It may sound gross but do it once and you will never look back.

r20, my Gourmia has served me well for several years. I got it at Kohls with a coupon and Kohls cash for next to nothing but Amazon, Target and Walmart all have Gourmia models for $49-ish.

Not toast, R24.
Air frying a cheap-ass "English muffin" with a spritz of oil to make it golden "all over."
There are falls, and there are catastrophic crashes, complete with an OP citing her posting history as proof she's not as bad as some.
Ha!

Why so unkind, r25?
Put a little love in your heart!
P.S. I've been called far worse than "she" and "her". You'll have to be more resourceful than that to offend me.

Why would you think that a female pronoun is offensive?
Your tastes are your own to enjoy. And if you share them here so you can treat the thread like your blog of neediness, what's the harm in others noting their reactions to your culinary absurdities?
If you need an example of offensiveness, perhaps consider accusing someone of being unkind while posting a victim's declaration of strength and power as one, Missy.

Muffin + Toaster + Butter = DONE
It's a cheap store bought muffin, not a souffle, why are you making your life more complicated than it has to be?
