Baffleck

by Anonymousreply 1April 28, 2025 2:04 PM

I don't even know what film he is in now

by Anonymousreply 2April 28, 2025 2:07 PM

The hidden lede is that the Star Wars prequels were released 20 years ago. It feels more like 200 years ago.

by Anonymousreply 3April 28, 2025 2:08 PM

He has a new movie? News to me.

by Anonymousreply 4April 28, 2025 2:22 PM

He’ll always be a well known celebrity but nobody wants to see him in a movie anymore

by Anonymousreply 5April 28, 2025 6:32 PM

He should stick to directing. He’s actually good at that.

by Anonymousreply 6April 28, 2025 6:37 PM

It was a movie that should have gone straight to streaming. No one remembers the first film.

by Anonymousreply 7April 28, 2025 6:56 PM

I remember the first film.

by Anonymousreply 8April 28, 2025 6:59 PM

Fag!

by Anonymousreply 9April 28, 2025 7:01 PM

No.

"Racking up strong numbers in its own right, The Accountant 2 opened to an estimated $24.6 million after scoring strong reviews and exit scores, including an A- CinemaScore, in a win for Amazon MGM as it ramps up its theatrical ambitions. The film appealed in particular to older adults — a hard crowd to please — with 27 percent of all ticket buyers being 50 or older.

I enjoyed the first one. I don't go to theatres, so I'll wait for this on streaming.

by Anonymousreply 11April 28, 2025 7:14 PM

$25 million is a good opening weekend for The Accounant 2, though. It shows he can still open a movie.

by Anonymousreply 12April 28, 2025 7:18 PM

I've never even heard of The Accountant I.

by Anonymousreply 13April 28, 2025 7:20 PM

It movie career may be over however this career being a scrawny ass bottom is thriving like never before!

by Anonymousreply 14April 28, 2025 7:37 PM

Are how titties still good, R14?

by Anonymousreply 15April 28, 2025 7:44 PM

Nope.

I reluctantly saw the movie Saturday night.

House was pretty full, and the movie played very well.

It's actually far more fun than the first movie, and far funnier. I predict strong word-of-mouth on this one.

Also, Affleck and Jon Bernthal are comedic gold together. Didn't see that coming!

by Anonymousreply 17April 28, 2025 7:44 PM

r14 Ben Affleck is one person who I can believe is totally 100% straight.

by Anonymousreply 18April 28, 2025 8:10 PM

What movie is it?

by Anonymousreply 19April 28, 2025 9:25 PM

R19’s reader/life narrator didn’t bother to read him either the thread responses or the article attached at OP.

by Anonymousreply 20April 28, 2025 9:32 PM

OP when was Ben Affleck ever a big box office draw?

by Anonymousreply 21April 28, 2025 9:42 PM

His divorce was just finalized. Just give him some time to get back on track.

by Anonymousreply 22April 28, 2025 9:51 PM

I’ll watch anything he does. In film, at least. His private life, to the extent he even has one, always seems to be in turmoil.

by Anonymousreply 23April 28, 2025 10:43 PM

R21 Well for one, around the time I met yo ass. Took me a good 10 years to cleanse your stench. Then what did I do 10 years later. Married you, only to break up again.

by Anonymousreply 24April 28, 2025 10:53 PM

I’m just so used to seeing him now with a cigarette or a box of Dunkin’ Donuts daily. Why pay money to go see him in a movie?

by Anonymousreply 25April 29, 2025 1:15 AM

Before never like thriving is bottom ass scrawny a being career this however over be may career movie it!

by Anonymousreply 26April 29, 2025 1:22 AM

He’s good looking but he’s so dull

by Anonymousreply 27April 29, 2025 1:23 AM

Accountant 1 is very underrated film. He plays someone with Aspergers though it’s an action movie.

by Anonymousreply 28April 29, 2025 1:41 AM

He seems like an okay guy but his taste in partners is really bad

by Anonymousreply 29April 29, 2025 2:01 AM

What a stupid title, OP.

by Anonymousreply 30April 29, 2025 2:05 AM

I quite liked the first The Accountant. Not sure why he did another.

by Anonymousreply 31April 29, 2025 2:28 AM

So long ago when he was consumed by GOOP's gash.
