I have seen several very attractive young men panhandling in Palm Springs - but you could tell they were tweaking and were far gone.

I'm trying to place where he is - feels like he's on Tahquitz Canyon off of Sunrise or even a couple of blocks further in toward Indian Canyon. Not the best location for panhandling - cars are going too fast.

I'm not trying to be funny - but all he has to do is walk 4 blocks down to Arenas and sit outside of Street Bar with the sign and poof - all his worries would be gone in a very short time. Or just hanging out on Arenas ANYWHERE.

Sure, he's gonna have to get his dick sucked or something else - but he has options. He's in a bad location for panhandling, so he must not know the area very well.

R9 - in Palm Springs, it's an inexhaustible option. By the looks of him, I think he's probably been out there 2-3 weeks based on his hair length, muscle tone, etc.

There used to be an incredibly hot homeless guy in Portland, OR, who would walk around the Southeast quadrant with his shirt off exposing his gorgeous torso. But when I lived in Chicago I was waiting at a bus stop and saw a guy who looked a lot like this guy - he'd mussed himself up and wore dirty clothes but had pretty new shoes.
