The Srebrenica genocide took place on his watch as well. He also took Ukraine's nukes away in return for a security assurance, AND he started the tradition of pardoning the party cronies and donors at the eleventh hour of the presidency.

But, the economy did (relatively) well under him, so that's what most people remember him for. Besides the blowjob, that is.
