I think yes. Definitely a nose job, maybe a buccal fat removal. Eye work in later years and maybe a brow lift.

R4 sorry, I meant Latino, not Spanish.
I think because he was light-skinned and usually sported longish, straight hair.
This was back when I was a teenager in the '90s and only saw glimpses of him in tabloid photographs at the supermarket or if there was a segment on him on ET, which I watched religiously. haha
I remember in 1996, Madonna and the wives of Prince and Michael Jackson were all pregnant with their firstborns, so there was speculation among fans about what their kids would be like when they grew up and if they would date/marry each other.
Madonna had a girl (Lourdes) and Michael had a boy (Prince Michael) but Prince's son died shortly after birth.
