Dolly had a very pretty face when she was young, you just had to ignore the hair to see it.

Of course she was pretty under all of that — she’s cute as a button in that Whorehouse movie.

A natural beauty who went the cartoonish plastic-surgery route for some reason. Maybe it was a form of attention-seeking due to being from a family with so many kids.

It’s hard to tell, because we’ve never seen her without 50 lbs. of fake hair and 20 lbs. of makeup.

Part of the reason she got away with the artifice of hair, makeup and boobs is that because underneath we could see she was a beauty; she wasn’t trying to cover up a plain canvas.

If she saw something sagging, bagging, or dragging, she got it tucked, plucked, or sucked.

Dolly wasn't dumb. She knew it was good to have a "look" that set her apart.

I speculate that for a couple.of years now Dolly's been wearing prosthetic breasts. They look far too exaggerated, ostentatious, waaaay to cartoonish & disproportionate, as if the boobs are her brand so she's went a bit too overboard accentuating them. Lately she looks like an old lady who's about to tip over from all the extra weight on top. Love Dolly, but all the gross ambition she has to look youthful has made her appear garish & maniacally self-aware. Personally, I think Dolly would fare better with more realistic context, as in turning down those tits to a more age appropriate decibel. Perhaps a cup that would at least allow her to stand up straight.

I would say that she seems to be holding her own in R18's pic because, although appearing to be quite skimpy, that costume is probably very cleverly well-infrastructured. Her boobs look a bit smaller here, however in many of the shots on her recent cookbook they look abnormally large, almost too consuming for a woman her size. To expand on what I said above, i speculate that for very practical reasons she's had a reduction during the last few years & has since been augmenting them with padding/prosthetics. Of course, she surrounds herself with a very small & loyal team, so info to confirm that will likely never be revealed.
