What is the real story behind Madonna and Caresse Henry's fallout
Caresse managed Madonna during the height of her fame, for something like 14 years.
In 2004, Caresse suddenly quit (or was fired). Six years later, she was dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
Madonna never talks about it. Did she have her killed?

OR Caresse became unstable and Madonna had to fire her.

I also think that Guy Oseary had been managing her long before it became official.

Madonna has had many people who have disappointed her killed over the years, from Christa McAuliffe to Pope Francis. Best not to dwell on it too much.

Caresse and Madonna parted ways after American Life tanked and Madonna had been vocal about US involvement in the Iraq War. And around this time WMG bought Madonna out of her share of Maverick Records. In essence, Madge was on a career decline.
According to Jeannette Walls, Caresse wasn't thrilled with the direction Madonna's interests were taking her. Those interests included further involvement with the Kabbalah Center, writing children's books, and playing Lady of the Manor with Guy Ritchie & family at their Wilshire country home. Caresse did not sign up for this.
