Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper Take Their Kids on Spring Break Trip to Disney World

Now that they are both dads, they enjoy doing family activities together — although, all the closeness prompted Cohen to make a dismaying observation.

Last year, he revealed the "annoying" thing he picked up on during the two families' playdates. While appearing on Live with Kelly and Mark in May 2024, he noted that Cooper's kids always seem to be so well-behaved compared to his own.

"His kids also don’t ever seem to do anything wrong, and it annoys me so much! I’m like, 'My kid is just out of a time-out and headed into another time-out.' And his kids are like, ‘Yes, daddy, I will do that,' " Cohen said. "I’m like, ‘Do you have any issues in your home?’ It’s annoying to me!"

He added, "I’m like, ‘Do they ever cry?’ It’s very annoying."

Back in 2022, Cohen opened up about experiencing parenthood alongside Cooper and how it's brought them closer as friends.

"We are these geriatric patients hobbling around chasing our children, but look, it's another bonding thing," he said on Bruce Bozzi's Table for Two podcast.

"I think what is going to be really interesting to us, as it develops, is being gay dads and as our kids start realizing more and more, 'Oh I have gay dads,' " Cohen continued. "I am so glad that Ben will grow up with Wyatt and that Ben will grow up seeing Anderson and Benjamin raising Wyatt and Sebastian."

It’s irresponsible for men in late middle age to have children. Do they think they’re immune from illness and that they will live to be 100? How do they know they’ll be around for a high school or college graduation? Live long enough with their faculties intact to enjoy their grandchildren?

They’re rich, so in some way their kids will be ‘okay’ even if they die of cancer a year from now. But why increase the chances of putting such an emotional and psychological burden on young kids if you don’t make it? It’s a weird sort of narcissism and hubris. And who wants to run after toddlers when you are in your 50s? Or stand around and watch while the governess does?

There’s a reason humans are geared to have kids when we’re young. If we don’t have them at that time of life it’s sheer arrogance to think we have a right to reproduce in middle or old age or any time we’re ready. These men disgust me.

As already said, anyone who wants to pay can get a VIP guide, but it’s a huge waste of money. If you put in just a little bit of effort and less (but still a significant amount) of money, you can do Disney without ever standing in a line.

Too bad those Vanderbilt descendants got kicked out of the third floor of The Breakers about a decade ago. If Anderson were my dad, that would be my first choice for a week long getaway. Biltmore is still owned privately by Vanderbilts though they live in a guest lodge there. I realise these are all different branches but....
