Because the IC has no jurisdiction nor a police force to enforce anything.

Also, as America can’t stop itself from committing war crimes over and over again, they never signed the international treaty pertaining to the powers of the IC, nor do they “recognise” the IC.

The administration is deporting people to Rwanda too. As well as some infant who are citizens without proving to the court that the parents requested it. One such mother was forced off of the phone as soon as she asked her relative for a lawyer’s number. The DoJ is probably ordering ICE off of the record to do everything they can to obstruct contact with lawyers and I wouldn’t be surprised if such “requests” were forged. They have extremely unrealistic quotas to reach.
