R39- That was the quote about a destination at the end of a walk- I walk out side EVERY day for exercise/21 miles a week total- a bit on my treadmill as well. It's not the destination it's the walk itself that is the goal. It's like taking medicine. It boosts my mood, immune system, lowers cholesterol, triglcyerides, blood sugar, blood pressure and is good for the muscle and bones of your legs.

She thinks that getting married and living in a foreign country will solve her psychological issues. But where ever you go there you are. I agree with what some others have said- she's rich and can afford to hire someone to put her on a strict food and exercise regime so she can lose all of the weight she needs to lose- mostly plant foods- a wide variety is best for health and well being and exercising everyday- just 30 minutes of walking daily. Both of those changes in her diet and walking 30 minutes every day would transform her both physically and psychologically.

The doctors tried to warn her r14.
