…which is generally considered amongst the New York metropolitan area. I’ve met some really hot white guys from south Philly New Jersey suburbs. Newark white guys act like New Yorkers. Southern Jersey white guys act like any fake tough but vanilla guy from Maryland.
Is there really a difference between the part of Jersey thats close to Philly and the rest of the state…

I live in central NJ, OP. Born and raised in NY. There is a difference between people from South Jersey and those from North Jersey. It's the difference between New York and Philly. To me, those from South Jersey are more laid back.
