Looks to be a better film than novel

The new York Times has the film as critic's pic.

This looks very cute and heartwarming.

I have a feeling I'll cry.

That trailer makes me feel like I've already seen the entire movie.

I mean, what else can happen? She dies? The dog dies? She marries her shrink? She discovers Bill Murray has taken over the body of the dog?

I'll give it a shot, but other than an overload of cuteness (Naomi [bold]and[/bold] the dog), I can't imagine that I'll find it interesting.

When the dog wrecks her place i hope her creams survived.

^^^Ya gotta love how the Rolling Stone describes the Bill Murray character: "[he] is as renowned for seducing his female students as much as he is for his literary legacy. He’s an irascible, charming rascal".

Like this is both common and commonly acceptable, even "charming."

I know what you mean. I ran into an acquaintance when they were walking their huge door and it scared me. It was like a horse!

Just saw it. I actually liked the first 30 minutes the best before the dog appears. I like Naomi but this film just went on too long with about three endings.
