Not every performer has a classical singing voice. Benson Boone has his own style and I dare say lots of people really love it. His voice, though not of the same character as some performers is powerful and I personally find it exciting to listen to. Some of the biggest singing stars in modern history had/have voices that were like 100 grit sandpaper.
