Drink nettle tea. It helps your body with histamines.

I live in Zone 6 where nothing's growing for at least another six weeks, but between the indoor lack of humidity and the pollutants released by snow melts my sinuses need pampering.

My nose is always full. Is it a deviated septum? Year round.

by Anonymousreply 5March 3, 2025 8:15 PM

My nose was runny but now it's completely blocked. What should I take? I can't breathe thru my nose

Beconase is the best. Life changing. I grew up in the US and tried everything prescription and non-prescription my whole life. I live in the UK where my hayfever got even worse. I discovered Beconase and it was like a miracle. I bring some back for my family every time I visit the US. We're all evangelical about it!

I'm surviving the best I can by avoiding people who write "y'all," which, in my culture, is a spoken word and not an affectation you write.

by Anonymousreply 16May 4, 2025 1:55 AM

I'm surviving the best I can by avoiding people who say "y'all" and people in red states in general.

by Anonymousreply 17May 4, 2025 2:08 AM
