All hacking and sabotage should make their appearance in a similar fashion - with a sudden arrival, no warnings, no announcements, no notifications of plans regarding resistance activism, no half-hearted public protests that do nothing more than create noise and expose your movement to the authorities. Today's "activism" needs to be behind-the-scenes and under the radar. An abrupt shutdown or unexpected interference with the functionality of the government. For more sophisticated operations, the stalling, re-routing or deletion of important function code along with malicious code activations, trojan horse code activations, etc. The real revolution needs to move stealthily, quietly. Individuals can do this as well as coordinated groups who work together to fuck up the works of the larger systems, especially those that the current iteration of authoritarian politicians rely on in order to retain the illusion of control. Hoping for large enough numbers of people to participate in public protests or participate in a general strike is never going to happen. The people really do have the power, but they're applying it in the wrong way: too publicly. Go underground, babes.

Isn't this something that can be accomplished with geofencing? I think that would include playing the video on cell phones as well. Somebody could be driving a van around the building to do this.
