Tasteful Friends on a miniscule budget - Downunder do-up for just $75K
The exterior is not too bad, the interior on the other hand is .... horrendous. Could be considered barely livable if you have really really low standards I guess.
Bring a wide range of tools, materials, paint, a waterblaster/ steamblaster, and a big fucking skip
Also comes with a really big garage/shed on site that is full of crap. And some miscellaneous sheds
On the plus side it seems to have a working solar power system and no obvious major structural issues
This could be made into quite a nice home if you have skills, time, and are prepared to do a LOT of work. A gut reno would be quite in order here

The shed looks like an old gas station with a mechanic area. I hope the gas tank and leaks have been dealt with.

It looks like a superfund site before the cleanup. Plus, fire ants. The tire on the roof’s a nice touch, though.
And conveniently located between Boinka and Pinaroo!

So $47,000 US, cheaply built and in the middle of nowhere.

R3 yeah its not the nicest house or location for sure. I posted it as a realistic counterpoint to the huge $15 million Chateau I also posted.... not everyone has huge amounts of money

I mean, at that point, isn’t it better to start from scratch?

Damn, looks like Texas. But it would be 150,000.
