Just watched it again, full screen. Karen slams on the breaks, gets out of the car and starts screaming "Lets Go!" arms outstretched. She goes over to the driver's seat of the other car and starts yelling at what looks like pyjama boy's girlfriend. It looks like she's wearing the pyjama top to his bottoms. He definitely has a short, strong wrestler build. The Karen probably thought because she was "bigger" it was no match. He turns away and she SLUGS him in the side of the head, nose with a closed fist. It was actually pretty hard.

He had every right to do what he did to "neutrallize" a threat. She was threatening from the very beginning. In the moment, given the circumstances and how it started with her being as threatening as she was, and escalated, I don't think what he did was uncalled for.
