I think I may be one of the only gay men on the DL that finds Amy Schumer hilarious. I haven't especially cared for any of her films, but Inside Amy Schumer will never not make me nearly piss myself laughing.

Yes, she's fat and ugly, but why should I or any of us care? It's not like her being hotter or thinner would make me find her any more likeable because I still wouldn't want to fuck her. And I really can't help but believe that 7 out of 10 reasons that men (both straight and gay alike) hate her is because she is chubby and looks like a cabbage patch doll and still has the nerve to put herself in a tight dress and stand in a spotlight on stage.

Whatever. I'm a man and Amy Schumer makes me laugh and I'm not ashamed.

Watched it, liked it, and Will Forte is such a cutie. I'm not a Schumer fan, only watched it because of Will, but thought she was very good.

Urzila Carlson is a well established stand-up comedian in Au/NZ, and claims the role was written for her after Schumer saw her Netflix special.

I’ve never heard of Urzila.

Remember when movies used to star pretty people?

Over the last nearly 10 years she's been a regular on The Project, Have You Been Paying Attention and more recently Thank God You're Here, R57, in addition to all the Melbourne Comedy Festival galas and the specials on streaming, so quite hard to miss if you watch any comedy at all.

I didn't laugh, I didn't cry, and I didn't care about any of the characters or their storylines. I was just bored, plain and simple.

I think it's a funny idea to do a take on how society treats pregnant women that you just accept when you're pregnant - good and bad.

People treat you well and compliment you, but then they also talk about your body and feel your stomach.

The new best friend in the movie is a Julia Roberts clone - with blonde hair. Her voice sounds just like Julia.

So far it's fine - but best for Netflix. This would have bombed at the box office.

It's an amusing TV film.

Amy should have traded this role for "He Man" with Nicholas Galitzine and then they'd both have a better shot at success.
