In the 70s a health guru named Dale Alexander pushed the idea that ice in your beverages causes arthritis and my family went whole hog on the anti-ice crusade.

Of course, an order of soda without ice usually provided more soda back then so it could be that my folks were even cheaper than I thought.

Do you have a favorite recipe? I can't make ice without Julia Child videos talking me through the hard parts.

What is the difference between "square" and "cube" other than the fact that a square is two dimensional while a cube is three.

Also, round? How could you make ice "round" - try spherical or sphere.

I like the pellet-like ice they use at Sonic. The machines to make it are double or triple cost of other shapes, but it’s the best ice by far.
