It should be. And it would be on January 19th if all were normal.

Except there's a little wrinkle. So far, the federal courts have laughed in TikTok's face and have refused to stay the enforcement of the deadline. This includes a balanced appellate Court panel.

But now there is the SCOTUS appeal. All SCOTUS has to do to fuck things up is issue a stay and then the matter goes into the Trump administration term and then who know. The Supreme Court SHOULD reject the stay request, but it may want to delay things until the Trump administration just because it likes doing that sort of fuckery lately.

I love it. It's the only social media app I've ever really used in any regular capacity. (I guess I used FB when it first came out, but not for long and very much even back in its heyday.)

I like funny gay guys doing funny things, hot daddies, dog and pet videos and music news/reviews. My For You Page gives me all that in spades. It harms no one.
