Ha! Ha! Ha!, arguing in Italian, compltete with body language does make it even better!

Italians learn to argue before they crawl.

In fact what the boy with ball does, stating his case, the turning and walking away, is very very much Italian. That he observed from the adults.

We throw hands first and then take our ball and walk away later.

R1, the kid holding the ball had just migrated to Italy from the US. The other kid is Serbian. That was probably the sum total of Italian either of them knew.

My bad, the kid with the ball may be indigenous Italian. The other kid is Serbian.
