Twenty, no thirty(!), years ago Hollywood had real movie stars and names like Cruise, Hanks, and Roberts were legit royalty. Today, there are NO movie stars. Sheep audiences only flock to the theaters for (1) sequels (2) adaptations or remakes with huge IP or (3) a Nolan movie.

Erivo is a prime example of how a star can headline and carry a blockbuster, and not benefit for it at all.

Progressives are Anglophiles, for some reason, which is why ever since they took over Hollywood in the past 15 years or so, there's been an influx of British and British-adjacent actors (Aussie, Irish, Kiwi, Canadian) in American films/TV.

A lot of that has to do with the fact that progressives are unpatriotic and despise their own countrymen and would prefer to cast a foreigner, preferably a Brit, to play an American than hire an actual one.

In recent years, there's been a lot of discrimination in Hollywood (California) and Broadway (New York) against Americans, in general -- and Christians and Conservatives, in particular.

But I think all of that will be coming to an end soon enough, as these Progressives get run out of the country and "America First" becomes the national mantra.

I've also noticed online people are hating the Brits for trying to tamper with the election, because their leaders sent people over to help out Kamala.
