Liam Payne's Alleged 'Drug Dealer' Breaks Silence About 'Intimate' Relationship With The Singer

A suspect under investigation in connection with Liam Payne's death has denied providing the singer with drugs.

The individual, identified as Brian Nahuel Paiz, reportedly linked up with Payne multiple times before he tragically fell to his death on October 16.

Although the alleged drug dealer denied supplying drugs to Liam Payne, he admitted they knew each other and had used drugs together during a prior meetup.

In an interview on Argentinian TV, Brian Nahuel Paiz discussed his relationship with Liam Payne, as he now finds himself at the center of the investigation into the singer's untimely death.

Paiz revealed that he first met Payne on October 2 while working as a waiter at a restaurant the singer had visited. After their initial interaction, they exchanged contact information and later arranged a second meeting in Payne's room at a Palermo Hotel.

"I never supplied Liam with drugs. Liam's first contact with me was at my place of work. We swapped details and saw each other later that night. It was all normal," he said, per the Daily Mail.

"I've heard people saying he was taking drugs, but the truth is that when he got to the restaurant where I was working, he was already under the effects of drugs, and he didn't actually eat anything."

Paiz also claimed that after first meeting the singer, he received several Instagram messages from him because "he wanted to take drugs although he had already consumed narcotics."

Paiz didn't share many details about what happened when he first met with Payne, aside from mentioning they had whiskey shots together.

However, his account of their second meetup on October 13 suggested that their interaction was friendly and "intimate."

"We spent the night together, we consumed drugs because the truth is that something intimate happened," he said about their second meeting at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel.

"He wasn't aggressive at all, he behaved really well with me, he was really sweet," the drug dealer claimed. "He asked me if I was okay. I've got all the messages where we arranged that second meeting. I haven't erased anything."

Paiz, who has since been fired from his job, claimed that he never "accepted any money" or any other gift despite the singer making multiple offers to him.

He shared, "I have messages where he's offering me money because he was apparently used to offering money for everything, but I never accepted anything."

"When I left, he wanted to give me some clothes so that I had a memory of being with him, but I left it behind the TV because I didn't want to take it," Paiz added.

Wait, so did they fuck?

Suck each other's cocks?

That's what I'm getting from this story, with the word "intimate."

The LA Times article comes right out and says it:
Liam Payne’s alleged drug dealer speaks out

An Argentine waiter accused of supplying Liam Payne the drugs that led to his fatal fall from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires is speaking out for the first time.

Braian Nahuel Paiz, 24, is one of three suspects charged last week for their alleged involvement in the former One Direction member’s Oct. 16 death. Charges included abandonment of a person followed by death, and supply and facilitation of narcotics, per a Nov. 7 statement from the National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor’s Office of Argentina.

But while Paiz in a Friday interview with Telefe Noticias admitted to two hotel meetings with Payne prior to the singer’s death, he insisted he never supplied the 31-year-old with drugs or accepted any money from him.

Paiz first met Payne on Oct. 2, he told the outlet, when the singer was dining with girlfriend Kate Cassidy and two others at the Puerto Madero restaurant where Paiz worked. Payne seemed to already be under the influence of drugs at that point and didn’t eat anything, Paiz said.

At the restaurant, Paiz continued, Payne asked him for his contact details: “I gave him my Instagram, and then he sent me messages, because he wanted to do drugs, I think he was going to a concert or something.”

That night, Payne attended former bandmate Niall Horan’s show at the Movistar Arena, where the two allegedly made amends after not being in contact for some time.

“We swapped details and saw each other later that night. It was all normal,” Paiz said, adding that Payne fetched him from downstairs at the Park Hyatt Palermo after he got lost. In the singer’s hotel room, they did whiskey shots while Payne showed Paiz some music he was gearing up to release.

Paiz claimed that he and Payne, who allegedly used a fake Instagram account, stayed in contact for several days before meeting up a second time on Oct. 13 — this time at the CasaSur hotel, where Payne later fell to his death.

[bold]“We spent the night, we did drugs together and something intimate happened,” Paiz said, noting that while he stuck to weed, Payne was allegedly doing cocaine. “I saw him acting normal, he wasn’t aggressive at all, he was really sweet. He asked me if I was OK.”[/bold]

When Paiz left that night, he said, Payne again offered him money as well as clothes “so people knew that I was with him,” but he refused both. “I don’t know why I didn’t take them, I just didn’t want to take anything from him.”

Paiz said Payne asked him to hang out a third time — even showing up at his home — but the waiter said he had to work: “He said, ‘Well, it’s been a pleasure,’ and that’s the last time I saw him.”

Brian is not that bad looking.

Liam is an aging Twink, and Brian is a decent 24 year old Twink who has good drugs.

Plus, Liam was high as fuck, and probably horny.

Sounds like a good time.

But Brian was so stupid for not taking the clothes that Liam offered him.

That shit would be worth SO MUCH MONEY now.

This waiter was clearly gay.

Just look at his photos.

Does that mean that Liam was gay or bisexual??

There's always one in a boyband.

I guess we were way off, thinking it was Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson.

He is fucked up and bored and this twink is right there. Its not hard to believe "something intimate" happened.

by Anonymousreply 13November 12, 2024 10:12 PM

R12 - Yeah - that's what I thought. He looks like he's an immigrant from Peru or Chile.

He gave him the drugs - he's just making up a story in order to throw suspicion off of him.

He's just a gay drug dealer trying not to go to jail.

by Anonymousreply 14November 12, 2024 10:56 PM

He would probably say no, but he is definitely indigenous.

They have a very unique look.

But druggies frequently play with those less attractive than themselves, so that means nothing.

Braian, R8

The drug dealer is attractive. He is indigenous and the eye must recalibrate.

I have two favorites on Chaturbate. Great South American faces + huge dongs. I'm not saying all South American indigenous men have huge dongs but chaturbate reveals the ones who do!

South America is actually full of Brians, Kevins etc - they don't stick to the usual Spanish nomenclature.

by Anonymousreply 24November 13, 2024 8:25 AM

This is sad, his hiding his sexuality is likely the reason for his downfall, and a tale as old as time. He did have gay face for days.

I blame the stage mothers!

Funny how the other two got all the attention when Liam was the flamer. Why did we overlook his flames.

That's true. "Kevin" is also quite common in France, I met a few French Kevins

by Anonymousreply 28November 13, 2024 9:06 AM

In Brazil, there's also a tradition of giving boys "American" or European-sounding surnames as first names: Lincoln, Hamilton, Washington, Anderson, Wesley, Wagner...

by Anonymousreply 29November 13, 2024 9:11 AM

Wagner?!

by Anonymousreply 30November 13, 2024 9:18 AM

Liam had body dysmorphia, didn't he? He's the one who tweaked his face many times?

by Anonymousreply 31November 13, 2024 9:51 AM

R24, his name is Braian, not Brian. Get your eyes checked.

by Anonymousreply 32November 13, 2024 10:57 AM

R31, dude was mental. That played out in many ways. The facial surgery he had is linked to increased risks of addiction due to how painful it is. Not the best idea for a drunk and a junkie.

by Anonymousreply 33November 13, 2024 10:59 AM
his name is Braian

That's the gay spelling of Brian.

by Anonymousreply 34November 13, 2024 2:32 PM

Just because you fooled around with a guy under certain circumstances does not mean you have to be secretly gay. Sexuality is not that black and white.
Another twist came when Paiz told Argentinian TV that the two shared an 'intimate' moment on the night of October 13. 'We spent the night together, we consumed drugs because the truth is that something intimate happened,' he claimed.
'He wasn't aggressive at all, he behaved really well with me, he was really sweet. He asked me if I was OK. I've got all the messages where we arranged that second meeting. I haven't erased anything.'
Paiz added: 'When I left, he wanted to give me some clothes so that I had a memory of being with him. But I left them behind because I didn't want to take them. It was some grey jogging bottoms and a T-shirt.'
Paiz later clarified on Instagram: 'I never said I had sex with anyone.' He then deleted that message.
After their late-night rendezvous on October 13, which had run into the early hours, Paiz returned home only to text Payne again: 'I told Liam a best friend of mine wanted to meet him because he was a fan.'
The singer agreed and took a car to Paiz's house that morning – October 14, two days before he died. 'He appeared outside the place where I lived and managed to get halfway into the building and wanted us to go back to his hotel, but I told him I couldn't because I had to go to work,' Paiz revealed. Payne got back in his car and left. 'That was the last time I saw him,' the waiter said.

Weird.

by Anonymousreply 46November 16, 2024 2:10 AM

Paiz is believed to have grown up in Berazategui, a working-class district several miles south of the city centre. In Berazategui, he had a reputation for partying hard. Aldana, a childhood friend, told us: 'Braian and I met at a rave eight years ago. He was an outgoing boy who liked partying and taking ecstasy.'

Paiz began his career as a hairstylist in the film business. However, he recently attempted to make it as a model and actor, supporting himself by waiting tables at Las Lilas.

The day after Liam's death, Paiz posted two selfies taken with the singer alongside the caption: 'Fly high, Chief. Thank you for having enlightened me and for crossing into my reality. I will always remember you. See you on other side'. He completed the tribute with a heart emoji.

The tender post was met with rage by Liam's fans, who apparently blame him for supplying at least some of the drugs that helped lead to their idol's death.

One user commented: 'You are a murderer.' Another said: 'THIS IS SICK.' Paiz later turned off comments to stem this tide of vitriol.

On Wednesday this week, Paiz posted a further picture of himself with Liam, alongside a rambling caption that insisted: 'I will clear my name . . . I AM NOT THE DEALER.'

For now, Paiz, along with a 21-year-old hotel worker named Ezequiel David Pereyra, remains under investigation by the Argentinian authorities. He has handed his passport in to the police and is waiting to hear whether a prosecution will be brought before a judge.

The third man accused is millionaire energy tycoon and friend of Payne, Roger 'Rogelio' Nores, who denies 'abandonment of a person followed by death'. The troubled star's demise last month sent shockwaves around the world, raising stark questions about the welfare of young performers thrust into the spotlight at a tender age: Payne had first auditioned for the X Factor when he was just 14.
Five charged in connection with Liam Payne's death

Five people have been charged in connection with the death of One Direction singer Liam Payne in Argentina, the authorities there say.

The 31-year-old star died on 16 October after falling from the third-floor balcony of a hotel in Buenos Aires.

The hotel's manager, Gilda Martin, and its receptionist, Esteban Grassi, as well as Payne's friend Roger Nores have been charged with manslaughter, Argentina's prosecutor's office says.

Ezequiel Pereyra - who also worked at the hotel - and Braian Paiz, a waiter, have been charged with supplying drugs.

Under Argentina's legal system, the prosecutor's office gathers evidence which it then presents to a judge, who has to decide whether to proceed to trial.

According to a statement released by the prosecutor's office, Judge Laura Bruniard already took the decision to proceed to the next stage on Friday.

The defendants' lawyers can appeal against that decision. If their appeals are not successful, the trial phase starts.

In court documents, Judge Bruniard listed the charges against the five suspects, who are referred to by their initials, as is the custom in court documents at this stage of the proceedings.

- Hotel employee EDP is suspected of having sold Liam Payne cocaine on 15 and 16 October

- Waiter BNP is also suspected of having sold cocaine to Liam Payne twice on 14 October

- Payne's friend RLN is suspected of manslaughter for allegedly "failing to fulfil his duties of care, assistance and help" towards the singer after having "abandoned him to his luck knowing that he was incapable of fending for himself and knowing that he [Payne] suffered from multiple addictions"

- Hotel Manager GAM is suspected of manslaughter for allegedly failing to stop Payne from being taken to his hotel room moments before his death. According to the court papers, given Payne's state, the room's balcony posed a "serious threat" and the manager should have ensured Payne was kept in a safe place until medical help arrived

- Chief receptionist ERG is also suspected of manslaughter for allegedly asking three people to "drag" Payne, who could not stand up, to his room, instead of keeping him safe.

Judge Bruniard said that she did not think that Liam Payne's friend, the hotel manager and the receptionist "had planned or wanted the death of Payne" but that their actions had created a "risk" to his life.

If found guilty, the three could face sentences of between one and five years in prison.

The sentence for supplying drugs is more severe and ranges between four and 15 years in jail.

Judge Bruniard has ordered the two accused of supplying the drugs be remanded in custody.

They have been summoned to appear in court within 24 working hours.

The only person responsible for Liam's death was Liam. How fucked up was he that at age 31 he was described as 'incapable of fending for himself'? He should have been sectioned.

Um, pretty fucked up, R49. Shame he walked out of The Priory. It’s unclear if his family was getting accurate info from Roger as to his state.
