Ballots need to be printed, mailed out, and returned.

Electronic voting needs to be programmed.

Once the ballot is locked, they can't just go in and make changes.

States have different rules about how late a name can be removed from a ballot. He missed that deadline in several states. That's why it's not all or nothing.

I only know of one RFK supporter and that is a neighbor who has an RFK sign in his window. after RFK cancelled he also now has a trump poster, the only one in my neighborhood. from that I presume that RFK on the ballot will only help Harris, not hinder

He was on my ballot (CA). I was surprised to see his name there.

I would vote for Harris to help keep this from happening, were all other things between her and Trump equal.
