One is a serious, educated, principled politician who is qualified for the job.

The other is a criminal, rapist, compromised, addled, incontinent demagogue who worships Hitler and Putin and only wants to job so he can avoid prosecution for leading an insurrection against the country. And all the sex crimes.

But CNN - and all the media - acts like this is just business as usual, and they carry water for the Republicans by bringing on Trump's surrogates so they can spout Trump's lies and inane attacks against Kamala (Is she even Black?! She's lying about working at McDees!) and treat their insane babblings like it's legitimate campaign strategy, instead of what it really is: The Republican's plan to discredit the political system in the US by making it a laughingstock.

CNN is helping Republicans in their voter-suppression efforts by making politics so sordid and ridiculous that average reasonable people don't want anything to do with the three ring circus, and won't bother getting involved with campaigns or even bother voting out of pure revulsion.

The media think they're being balanced in their coverage, but they're just being led around by the nose by Republican operatives who want to dismantle democracy and install their own mini Hitler, whether that be Trump or Vance.

I think it was an intelligent “checkmate”. AC seemed actually receptive to the facts Char was spitting. You can see the light bulb go off in AC’s head “Like dayum, he’s right”. He definitely checked him but it wasn’t like AC was trying to double down on this faulty narrative and insane comparisons.
