How is this different from Suicide Squad?

Suicide Squad is DC.
Thunderbolts is Marvel.
Literally the only difference.

Oh, thanks, I completely forgot that was DC. Can't keep any of this straight anymore in my head.

There is something substantial swinging in Harbour's boxers at 0:15. Don't know if it's his cock, balls, or both.

Thunderbolts in the comics are not like this movie. In the comics, they are superpowered villains crafted to be a government superteam to be the puppet Avengers with the leader being Baron Zemo. This is mostly non-powered agents pulled together to kill each other to save Julia Louis Dryfess's character from having to have them killed. Also the entry point for the Sentry Character. In the comics the villains start to like being the heroes (some of them). I had a huge teenage crush on the character of Atlas, who could turn into a giant.

Over the years, I've found David Harbour in turn sexy and gross, handsome and fugly, butterface and and a fatty.

Reviews are out and they're... good?
91% on RT and 70 on Metacritic.

It's Suicide Squad but with a sour Florence Pugh rather than a fun Margot Robbie.

Suicide Squad flopped in both film versions, so it's inexplicable to me they're re-tooling Thunderbolts to be more like Suicide Squad.
This just isn't going to be a draw. No stars, no recognizable characters, no buzz. You wonder why the MCU even releases these sure-fire flops.

R10 Fake…fake…fake. And fake.

Established film reviewers who are fed to the gills with comic book movies are releasing fake reviews for Marvel now? That makes sense.

The last Suicide Squad movie was actually pretty good. Margot Robbie finally got to do justice to Harley Quinn because James Gunn is really good at writing characters and dialogue but Covid killed its chances.

Bucky Barnes is a very beloved MCU character, I imagine that will put butts in seats. The David H character might evolve into something. I’m pretty meh on the rest of them.

Sorry I said butts in seats. It’s late.
