That document BrendaD put up from the City of Los Angeles about compliance issues and fees owed by the woman whom she's pissed off at is dated SEVEN years ago (2017; effective 2018).

And if you look at the APN (Assessor Parcel Number) that's given in the letter, that property was subsequently sold in 2019 - meaning BrendaD's enemy is no longer the owner. Any fees owed or liens on the property would have to have been handled prior to escrow closing.

It would be funny is BrendaD was sued over harassment.

I keep waiting for her to appear on the Emmys stage tonight.

They must be keeping her sequestered to surprise everyone by handing out whatever they do for the last big award.

Guess who defaulted on her property taxes in 2022 and now owes the L.A, County Assessor two years' worth of back taxes and is being fined $151 per month for non-payment.

I guess she thinks she's like Dump and doesn't need to pay any taxes.

R29 I have access to Property Sharrk, a susbscription-based service that consolidates a lot of information about properties, so I can't provide a link to that. But this information about property tax and status is public information at both the L.A. County Assessor and Tax Collector websites.

Below is a link to the Assessor's page showing that taxes on the property are DELINQUENT (red print) with default occurring in 2022.

You can then can go to the Tax Collector's website, put in that APN, and it shows the total now owed and the monthly charge being incurred on it. I did a print screen of that page and that image is in THE NEXT POST.

R29 The amount currently owed represents about three years of delinquent property tax owed and the penalty is now around $151 per month.

R31, you know her address? Doesn’t she have a condo? How do you know this is her? Just curious. I have no doubt she’s irresponsible.

R35 As I wrote above in R30, I have access to Proeerty Shark,a database that consolidates a lot public information about properties. But her condo address, including unit number, can be found listed in more than one public white pages directory (e.g. Nuwber, Radaris) as well as Blockshopper Los Angeles, where one can find ownership info about each condo in her building by its street address. The Assessor info at the R30 link shows both that address and unit number with the corresponding APN number. This number is unique to the property. The Tax Collector page shown at R31 uses that same unique APN number on the summary bill. . Both of these databases are public. btw - Her address was also listed in the public court record when she tried to sue her condo's Homeowners Association. That's it.

Other things that are straight out of the MAGA playbook are that it's highly likely that she depends on social programs such as her monthly Social Security check, so that she can still purchase a cheap seat at some D-List "red carpet" event; has a California EBT Card, so that she can continue to buy her Gelson's potato salad; and has a free Obama phone with Lifeline service, so that she's able to keep posting the same doctored photos of herself on Instagram. It's obvious she's not rolling in dough, but like so many idiots she will vote against her own self interest.
