Based on the videos I've watched of William in public "on duty", he's polished, prepared, professional, engaged and seems to actually focus on whoever he's listening to.

She is set in her own right for the upper-class countrywoman lifestyle she was born to lead. She has her Wiltshire home, which is nowhere near as grand as a royal residence, but it’s a very comfortable home for a member of the landed gentry.
