I've always been very good about eating healthy - but I binge like crazy sometimes when I'm emotionally unwell. Three times in my life I gained like 30-50 pounds in no time. I'm getting close to my normal weight again now but late last year I was going through it and I was absolutely crushing peanut m&ms, chips ahoy, lemon pound cake, and kettle chips for months. Junk food is just as good as xanax or percosets.
