I'm tired of these wives of professional athletes who think they are celebrities as well in their own right. Unless you're doing something important and not routine like getting pregnant and raising kids, nobody cares.

But it seems like SOME of these women are tired of being in the shadow and want the fame their spouses have. You see it all the time - Basketball wives, Football wives (UK), etc.

Reality is - for 90% of these women - they're not trophy wives who were picked, they actively went after these young men and tied it down with a kid so they can be set for the rest of their lives.

I do believe some of these relationships are solid and good, but the majority will not last. Particularly when their careers end and the money stops. Fine by these women as they get millions in the divorce. You can see it from space.
