The Chicks are singing the National Anthem
by Anonymous | reply 1 | August 22, 2024 6:18 PM |
So who's this mysterious "special guest" that's supposed to show up??
I'm so curious!
by Anonymous | reply 2 | August 22, 2024 6:29 PM |
Mike Pence, Rose
by Anonymous | reply 3 | August 22, 2024 6:38 PM |
In such close proximity to the homosexualists?
Mother would NEVER allow THAT, r3.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | August 22, 2024 6:42 PM |
I’d be happy to never hear from Bill Clinton or Oprah again.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | August 22, 2024 6:42 PM |
GWB?
by Anonymous | reply 6 | August 22, 2024 6:45 PM |
What time is Adam Kinzinger on?
I want to see his tattoo.
And his butt shot.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | August 22, 2024 6:47 PM |
GWB is persona non grata in both parties, especially the Democratic party. His endorsement would be a negative.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | August 22, 2024 6:47 PM |
Glen Powell?
by Anonymous | reply 10 | August 22, 2024 6:49 PM |
Wow, Kinzinger's wife sure did get marry up in the looks department.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | August 22, 2024 6:50 PM |
I doubt if the DNC's idea of "special guest" is the same as mine. I have been totally unimpressed with their "hosts" so far (other than Ana Navarro or whatever her name is - she could actually speak to what Democrats are running against). And Keenan Thompson was just...no.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | August 22, 2024 6:55 PM |
If it's not a big Republican like Romney, it's going to be Beyonce or Taylor Swift.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | August 22, 2024 6:56 PM |
Here is what the insider said exactly, not that there's much here to parse:
[quote]"I’ve been sworn to secrecy, but you don’t want to miss the DNC tonight. If you thought the Oprah surprise was big, just wait."
But still -- bigger than Oprah seems to me to imply celebrity, not some dumb Republican.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | August 22, 2024 6:57 PM |
My husband's MAGA sister told him she's been watching the DNC, but it in no way has it swayed her to not vote for Trump. She also said she thought the men (Obama, Walz, Emhoff. etc) are all cucks because they let the wives have more power and they should be subservient to their husbands.
She's such a delight.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | August 22, 2024 6:57 PM |
But Oprah wasnt exactly a surprise, we all knew she was speaking.
And speaking of Oprah, I used to like her -- I wasnt a huge fan who watched her show every day, but I liked her. But her fucking "JOOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!" etc were really fucking annoying.

It's gotta be Taylor Swift.
She's the only one who would bring this much hype.

Oprah wasn't a surprise, just a disappointment. But she delivered a few wine mom votes, I guess.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | August 22, 2024 7:08 PM |
She had a radical transformation from small town Ohio school teacher to retired Floridian Trumper a few years ago when she met her MAGAt husband. We don't understand it and i don't know why my husband still talks to her.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | August 22, 2024 7:08 PM |
The "surprise" is obviously going to be Beyonce since her song is Kamala's theme.

Short and sweet and powerful and inspiring is the mantra for the best speeches at this and every convention.
Let's hope Kamala takes note and doesn't ramble on. 30 minutes max would be the most productive and influential.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | August 22, 2024 7:13 PM |
Melania?
by Anonymous | reply 34 | August 22, 2024 7:14 PM |
Well, neither do I and I didn't want to see any of the other musical acts they had either, R29. But it's gotta be her.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | August 22, 2024 7:16 PM |
I don't know, I have a feeling it won't be Beyonce or Swift, that would really take the spotlight away from Kamala on her special, historic night.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | August 22, 2024 7:16 PM |
Bill Clinton and Nancy Pelosi put me to sleep last night. Walz and Buttigieg were definitely the best speakers of the night.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | August 22, 2024 7:16 PM |
R14 is more likely correct. But it won’t be Taylor or Beyonce as either would pull focus from the main event. It is someone who will excite folks, but not detract from the message that Kamala is sending.
Springsteen doesn’t seem a good fit for her night. I doubt Jimmy is on any shaped to be rolled out, based on how he looked at his wife’s service.

by Anonymous | reply 43 | August 22, 2024 7:22 PM |
A really big star wouldn't take any attention away from Kamala, I don't think. I think it would just enhance her appearance. And Trump would be so jealous.
But then the only one *I* would be impressed with is Taylor Swift and it's not going to be her. It would be great if Trump pissed her off so much by using fake images of her and implying she'd endorsed him that she decided to endorse Kamala in person though.
by Anonymous | reply 44 | August 22, 2024 7:22 PM |
Didn’t Marcia Fudge speak already?
by Anonymous | reply 45 | August 22, 2024 7:22 PM |
Not the most impressive lineup of speakers, other than Kamala of course. Surprised they are featuring Kinzinger right behind Kamala; let's face it he was only a Representative for a couple of terms.

DJ Cassidy said that he wanted a variety of artists represented ( don't you think there were enough black artists represented?) . If he really wanted a better intro song to represent Tennessee, he should have played " Rocky Top," which would have stirred up the crowd much more.

by Anonymous | reply 68 | August 22, 2024 7:47 PM |
Dolly might have allowed them to use it, but she’d never appear. While I’m reasonably sure she’s on the liberal end of things, and I am damned sure that even if she’s conservative, she would be a never-Trumper, but actually endorsing a candidate is bridge too far for her.
That said, if she was ever going to do it, this is the time.
by Anonymous | reply 69 | August 22, 2024 7:48 PM |
I don't really care who the guest is -as long as they bring some new voters to our side. Winning is everything.
And given how Joe Biden set aside his ego for the good of the country, Kamala should get whomever will bring in votes, with no worries about being overshadowed.
by Anonymous | reply 70 | August 22, 2024 7:48 PM |
It'll be Beyonce and Taylor in a "Get Happy" and Happy Days Are Here Again" duet.
I don't really believe that.

It is so well run, and like Joe said at R96, everything has just been set up so nicely, night after night after night.
From the themes to the speakers to the music.
This convention has run so seamlessly.
And unlike the Convention Chairs who would grandstand for themselves in the past, I don't even know who the current Chair of the Democratic Party is right now!
But surely, they're responsible for this wonderful convention.

R64 - it doesn't matter. All these fools squawking about the late nights (Meggy McCain for instance) are showing their age and/or how out-of-touch or resistant they are about media and entertainment tech. A good chunk of the younger generations (and those in the older generations who don't bemoan changing times and still keep up) will watch what they want the next day or in the following days. They can choose their moments instead of sitting through the entire convention. How is this concept difficult for others to grasp?

I personally think it will be fitting with the house party theme that they've cultivated all week, for Beyonce to show up, and I think if handled right it won't overshadow Kamala. She just performs the "Freedom" song and then Kamala comes out, Beyonce exit stage right. It would get the crowd GOING and I'm not even a Beyonce fan.

I agree with this. Taylor Swift isn't exactly somber, but if they're keeping this vibe going, it points to Beyonce way more than Taylor.
As an aside, I will likely never forgive Joe Scarborough for the free ride he gave Trump in 2015-16, but I've got to say, he's been one of the only people on MSNBC who's been even-handed with their coverage of the Democrats (Biden included) this entire time. I watched some of his commentary, and it's clear he's impressed by all of this. It's nice.
by Anonymous | reply 120 | August 22, 2024 9:27 PM |
To the person on Part IV who responded to my "Well, maybe I missed a lot" (re: praise for Biden specifics) with "Yeah": I've essentially watched every minute, mostly on C-Span because the MSNBC team likes to hear their own voices. I said what I said thinking maybe I would get something SPECIFIC in reply. But alas; whoever did reply offered only hot air.
I just don't understand some of the K/W strategy.
Why stress "joy," a short-lived emotion at best, lasting as long as tonight's balloons? Why not "comfort," or, yes, "hope"? Even "relief" seems more what people want: from crippling medical bills; from crushing usurious student loans; from pandemics; from the destruction of rights; from homelessness....you get the picture.
For another thing, what would be harmful about some slogan about "Continue the Good Fight"? "Build the Legacy"? (Hey, I don't get paid to think of these things.) The only reason for NOT making this Biden-->Harris continuation a theme is to distance the ticket from the current Administration, maybe to ignore inflation? IDK. I just know I'm not copacetic with it.
But they didn't ask me.
If there is any "Surprise Guest" tonight pray that it is not President Carter. God love him always, but no. Taylor Swift would be awesome, put those fake "Swifties for Trump" in their place. Please no Beyonce! She's too identified with the Obamas, for one thing. But in any case, we've got Pink signed up, so the "Famous Female Pop Star" slot is filled.
Maybe it'll be Joe Biden! 😈

Guys, I was the DNC volunteer that posted in one of the earlier threads--IT'S BEYONCE. One of the housing liason queens who was involved in handling her accommodations let it slip on Sunday and it spread like wildfire. I can see NO other reason for her to be staying in Chicago right now or for the DNC to be overseeing her hotel accommodations unless she was performing.

Love the “Rose” comment about Marie Osmond. But seriously a bee 🐝 could mean Romney.
A word about “Joy” - many Christians understand it to mean a deep seated feeling of well-being regardless of circumstances. It is contrasted with happiness which is temporary and situational.
A reminder that Ann Coulter say’s outrageous things because that’s how she makes money and her lifestyle exceeds her income.

What a difference between his speech and JD Vance's. What a smart choice Kamala made.

I have donated to Collin Allred, Lucas Kunce, Elissa Slotkin and Katrina Christiansen so far today. Who next??
by Anonymous | reply 290 | August 23, 2024 12:45 AM |
Oh, shit -- they brought out the parents of the Capitol officer killed by rabid Jan. 6 MAGAts.
by Anonymous | reply 291 | August 23, 2024 12:45 AM |
Oh wow. Officer Sicknick's parents.
by Anonymous | reply 292 | August 23, 2024 12:45 AM |
Did I see Elaine Wynn, former wife of Steve and one of Trump's big supporters behind Rob Reiner?
by Anonymous | reply 293 | August 23, 2024 12:46 AM |
Are Ashlii Babbit's parents speaking?
by Anonymous | reply 294 | August 23, 2024 12:46 AM |
Carter is gonna be a heartbreaker.
by Anonymous | reply 295 | August 23, 2024 12:47 AM |
Tired of the hate!
Exactly!!
by Anonymous | reply 296 | August 23, 2024 12:47 AM |
I’m going to be a goddamn mess when she speaks.
by Anonymous | reply 297 | August 23, 2024 12:48 AM |
Yes, Gail! Those medication prices are capped because of President Joe Biden and Vice president Kamala Harris!
And Project 2025 will reverse that and give Big Pharma the ability to hack the prices up as high as they want. Cunts!
by Anonymous | reply 298 | August 23, 2024 12:48 AM |
Wasn't Kerry Washington going to be one of the hosts tonight?
by Anonymous | reply 299 | August 23, 2024 12:48 AM |
Ooh, please please bring out those two poor election workers Dump and Ghouliani sicced their dogs on!
by Anonymous | reply 300 | August 23, 2024 12:48 AM |
Why is this drumline bullshit necessary? WHY?

by Anonymous | reply 303 | August 23, 2024 12:49 AM |
This is the most hype political convention I've ever seen.
by Anonymous | reply 304 | August 23, 2024 12:50 AM |
She's up as host in the next segment, R299.
by Anonymous | reply 305 | August 23, 2024 12:50 AM |
DAMNIT!!! That was only supposed to post the 8PM opening hour!!!
I apologize and condole you all.

Officer Sicknick's family makes a nice juxtaposition with the disgusting news that Trump is organizing a fundraising "awards gala" for the Jan. 6 insurgents.
by Anonymous | reply 307 | August 23, 2024 12:51 AM |
by Anonymous | reply 308 | August 23, 2024 12:51 AM |
Damn! This drumline!
by Anonymous | reply 309 | August 23, 2024 12:52 AM |
Sean O’Brien is the scab.
I think the Teamsters rank and file know how to handle scabs.
by Anonymous | reply 310 | August 23, 2024 12:52 AM |
Thanks for posting that, R306.
I missed the earlier part, so it was interesting to see who spoke earlier.
Was Kevin Richardson, the Kevin Richardson from Backstreet Boys?

[quote] Officer Sicknick's family makes a nice juxtaposition with the disgusting news that Trump is organizing a fundraising "awards gala" for the Jan. 6 insurgents.
I’m surprised they didn’t mention it.
by Anonymous | reply 312 | August 23, 2024 12:53 AM |
It's kind of boring tonight.
by Anonymous | reply 313 | August 23, 2024 12:53 AM |
R266 in 2020, with so many candidates, everyone had to pick a lane. She picked wrong lane. or was advised to use the wrong lane. She ran as something other than what she was—which is why it seemed inauthentic…it was. A mistake she’s corrected for this moment in time.
by Anonymous | reply 314 | August 23, 2024 12:54 AM |
We can do without the celebrities. Who cares what they think?
by Anonymous | reply 315 | August 23, 2024 12:54 AM |

Are there any stadiums being built?
by Anonymous | reply 316 | August 23, 2024 12:54 AM |
Do we get music filler for the next 5 minutes?
The Prime Time program starts at 8pm EDT.
by Anonymous | reply 317 | August 23, 2024 12:55 AM |
R280 Eva Longoria is an attention whore who is probably hoping Biden or possibly Harris (if she wins) will giver her a Presidential Medal of Freedom. The Biden White House hosted a screening of that bullshit Hot Cheetos movie Longoria directed.
I'm surprised Longoria hasn't started licking AOC's ass.
by Anonymous | reply 318 | August 23, 2024 12:55 AM |
At least 50% of the rank and file Teamsters support Trump, R310. It's a trash union for trash people.
by Anonymous | reply 319 | August 23, 2024 12:55 AM |
What y'all may not be aware of is the savage scrambling and elbowing for position that has occurred over the past few weeks to get on the program. That's why we're seeing a lot of randoms. Although I have to say if ever there was a chance to beat Ted Cruz this is it!
by Anonymous | reply 320 | August 23, 2024 12:56 AM |
R311: One of the Central Park Five.

She's MAGA.

I REPEAT: Now is the time for the Macarena, if only this DJ has the COURAGE to do the right thing!!
by Anonymous | reply 323 | August 23, 2024 12:57 AM |
2 more minutes of filler....
by Anonymous | reply 324 | August 23, 2024 12:58 AM |
Why is Kerry Washington on the stage? I can't stand her. She is such a snob.
by Anonymous | reply 325 | August 23, 2024 12:58 AM |
Coach!
by Anonymous | reply 326 | August 23, 2024 12:58 AM |

Tim Walz rockin' out to Springsteen!
by Anonymous | reply 329 | August 23, 2024 12:59 AM |
We Democrats sure know how to party! The music has been great. This is the best DNC convention I have ever seen, bar none!
by Anonymous | reply 330 | August 23, 2024 12:59 AM |
I love how popular Gus has become.
by Anonymous | reply 331 | August 23, 2024 1:00 AM |
Using Born in the USA as a rousing patriotic song is such a boomer mistake, though. Gen X, I though we knew better when Reagan tried to use it.
by Anonymous | reply 332 | August 23, 2024 1:01 AM |
I'm ready, R323!
by Anonymous | reply 333 | August 23, 2024 1:01 AM |
Gus is a national treasure who must be protected.
by Anonymous | reply 334 | August 23, 2024 1:01 AM |
I love seeing all of the American flags in the crowd. 🇺🇸
by Anonymous | reply 335 | August 23, 2024 1:01 AM |
Well, R332, Kamala and Tim are boomers, after all, though barely (1964).
by Anonymous | reply 336 | August 23, 2024 1:03 AM |
r318, she also attacked her husband, per her tia Lupe.
by Anonymous | reply 337 | August 23, 2024 1:03 AM |

Everything goes full circle.
The Chicks sound great! 😊
by Anonymous | reply 339 | August 23, 2024 1:04 AM |
Still think our crowds are AI-generated, Dump? Ha!
by Anonymous | reply 340 | August 23, 2024 1:04 AM |
I am saddened that the DNC has clearly told Walz to stop kicking like a Rockette and knock off the Jazz Hands. Why can't he be his true self?
by Anonymous | reply 341 | August 23, 2024 1:04 AM |
Is Gwen there?
by Anonymous | reply 342 | August 23, 2024 1:04 AM |
Dougie 😍🥵

I thought she had gone away for good.
🤨
by Anonymous | reply 344 | August 23, 2024 1:06 AM |
That's some forehead on Ms Kerry.
by Anonymous | reply 345 | August 23, 2024 1:06 AM |
Please stop shouting. :(
by Anonymous | reply 346 | August 23, 2024 1:07 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 347 | August 23, 2024 1:07 AM |
That’s exactly what my mom said. Massive forehead!
by Anonymous | reply 348 | August 23, 2024 1:08 AM |
I like Kerry's top.
by Anonymous | reply 349 | August 23, 2024 1:08 AM |
Tony G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
by Anonymous | reply 350 | August 23, 2024 1:08 AM |
Tony is sex on a stick
by Anonymous | reply 351 | August 23, 2024 1:08 AM |
Didn’t she get caught saying some homophobic religious shit a few years ago? Or am I thinking of someone else?
by Anonymous | reply 352 | August 23, 2024 1:09 AM |
The Chicks took a tough song, did it a cappella, and with some striking, unusual harmonies and no weird flourishes. Well done.
by Anonymous | reply 353 | August 23, 2024 1:09 AM |
I'm surprised I haven't seen America Ferrara yet. Usually the Washington/Longoria/Ferrara trinity shows up in lockstep at every DNC function.
by Anonymous | reply 354 | August 23, 2024 1:09 AM |
I’d lick Tony G’s shitter!
by Anonymous | reply 355 | August 23, 2024 1:09 AM |

Tay Tay is on the way.
by Anonymous | reply 356 | August 23, 2024 1:09 AM |
That was odd.
I'd rather have Tony than Kerry.
Kerry is bossy and annoying.
by Anonymous | reply 357 | August 23, 2024 1:09 AM |
Kerry is doing a BRILLIANT job!!
by Anonymous | reply 358 | August 23, 2024 1:09 AM |
Can we have only black presidents forever moving forward please? They bring the funk!!!! I loved 2008 and I am LOVING this! The hope, the exhilaration, it's a tonic!
by Anonymous | reply 359 | August 23, 2024 1:10 AM |
Whose going to tell Kerry Washington to grow up and stop acting like a TikToker.?
by Anonymous | reply 360 | August 23, 2024 1:10 AM |
Aww, Kamala's nieces are so adorable!
by Anonymous | reply 361 | August 23, 2024 1:10 AM |
Love the niece in the little pink Kamala pantsuit!
by Anonymous | reply 362 | August 23, 2024 1:11 AM |
I really hope that tonight’s “big surprise” isn’t just Hasbeenyoncé performing her latest flop song. They need Taylor Swift to come out and introduce Kamala, let her give a little speech; no singing, just a tight 3-minute spiel. Harris needs to persuade dumb white women to vote for her, and Taylor Swift has them especially on my out of her hand.

I’m sorry but those tats are trashy as hell.
by Anonymous | reply 368 | August 23, 2024 1:13 AM |
Ella’s voice is……unexpected!
by Anonymous | reply 369 | August 23, 2024 1:13 AM |
Tony and Kerry were the hottest TV couple in at least the last 20 years.
by Anonymous | reply 370 | August 23, 2024 1:13 AM |
Elle did a much better job than I expected.
by Anonymous | reply 371 | August 23, 2024 1:14 AM |
I’m amazed at what a great job all these friends and family members have done the past four days.
by Anonymous | reply 372 | August 23, 2024 1:14 AM |
Honestly, she just looks like a lot of young hipster urban girls these days. And you want that demo to show up.
by Anonymous | reply 373 | August 23, 2024 1:14 AM |
Elle sure is...interesting looking.
by Anonymous | reply 374 | August 23, 2024 1:15 AM |
The niece reminds me of Barbara Hershey.
by Anonymous | reply 375 | August 23, 2024 1:16 AM |

DL Hughley an unforced error. Surprised that so many amateur speakers performed better than a professional comedian.
by Anonymous | reply 379 | August 23, 2024 1:16 AM |
DL's daughter is a lesbian.
I loved when he ripped Clooney last month.
by Anonymous | reply 380 | August 23, 2024 1:17 AM |
Ok DL landed 3 zingers!!
by Anonymous | reply 381 | August 23, 2024 1:17 AM |
R373 - yep, exactly. Some DLers should stop expecting people to conform, especially the younger generations. Nothing reveals a fossilized mentality than that type of judgmental bullshit.
by Anonymous | reply 382 | August 23, 2024 1:17 AM |
Admits he wasn’t a fan but that he hadn’t done any research
by Anonymous | reply 383 | August 23, 2024 1:18 AM |
Kerry needs a forehead reduction
by Anonymous | reply 384 | August 23, 2024 1:19 AM |
Some odd choices for speakers tonight.
And why does it feel like I'm being lectured to by Kerry Washington?
I really don't like her.
Horrible choice to emcee this final night.
by Anonymous | reply 385 | August 23, 2024 1:19 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 390 | August 23, 2024 1:20 AM |
Hubba hubba Officer Chris Swanson! He's like something straight out of central casting!
by Anonymous | reply 391 | August 23, 2024 1:20 AM |
Hello, Sheriff!
by Anonymous | reply 392 | August 23, 2024 1:21 AM |
R382 Speaking of fossils, Nancy Pelosi (and her "breath" mints) have been rambling non stop on CBS for about 15 minutes. ugh. Poor Gayle.

by Anonymous | reply 396 | August 23, 2024 1:22 AM |
Sheriff Hottie. 😍

by Anonymous | reply 398 | August 23, 2024 1:22 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 403 | August 23, 2024 1:23 AM |
THAT WAS THE SURPRISE - a megahunk cop!
by Anonymous | reply 404 | August 23, 2024 1:23 AM |
Why did they switch to a long shot as he left the stage, I wanted to see his ass.
by Anonymous | reply 405 | August 23, 2024 1:23 AM |
That type often likes a little man sex now and then.
by Anonymous | reply 406 | August 23, 2024 1:24 AM |
I’d lick Sheriff Swanson’s shitter!
by Anonymous | reply 407 | August 23, 2024 1:24 AM |
Kamala didn’t do herself any favors having Liz Warren and Maura Healy speaking earlier on her behalf. They can’t get out of their own political or common-sense way.
by Anonymous | reply 408 | August 23, 2024 1:25 AM |
These poor people 😢🥺
by Anonymous | reply 409 | August 23, 2024 1:25 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 415 | August 23, 2024 1:27 AM |
Those poor families. 🥺
by Anonymous | reply 416 | August 23, 2024 1:28 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 422 | August 23, 2024 1:30 AM |

Luke Skywalker in the audience!
by Anonymous | reply 427 | August 23, 2024 1:32 AM |
Thanks, R422. Usually the kids who speak become well known like Hogg but I didn't recognize him.
Did anyone else see Octavia Spencer in the crowd?

Awww Gabby
by Anonymous | reply 429 | August 23, 2024 1:33 AM |

I wish I had an iota of Giffords' gumption.
by Anonymous | reply 431 | August 23, 2024 1:33 AM |
I'm not even joking when I say that this particular election cycle and this convention makes me want to get into politics or volunteer, something. Just be involved, not on the sidelines. This DNC in particular has been enormously eye and heart opening. I want to participate in positive, enduring change on this planet.
by Anonymous | reply 432 | August 23, 2024 1:34 AM |
I saw Octavia plus the lady from Abbott Elementary.
Sheryl Lee Ralph.

by Anonymous | reply 440 | August 23, 2024 1:37 AM |
Do it, r432.
Michelle O already personally asked you to. Contact your local Democratic group and volunteer.
It's that easy. They will have something you can do, whether it's phone/text bank, write postcards, canvass, bring food for the volunteers or just answer the office phone, you can get involved!
Also, see if your county needs poll workers!

I think that is Pinks kid
by Anonymous | reply 451 | August 23, 2024 1:39 AM |
Too much focus on celebrities and not enough on actual policy and everyday citizens.
The Obama convention was so much better, This is coming off like an upscale awards show, save a few heartwarming earnest moments like Walzs son and Gifford.
by Anonymous | reply 452 | August 23, 2024 1:39 AM |
Gorgeous song.
by Anonymous | reply 453 | August 23, 2024 1:39 AM |

It’s Pink’s daughter Willow.
by Anonymous | reply 455 | August 23, 2024 1:40 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 456 | August 23, 2024 1:40 AM |
Chris Swanson is there???? Fuck, I missed him. I’ve been following him since he became a sort of police hero during the George Floyd uprising.

Great job by Pink and daughter and the gang.
Her daughter has a great voice!

Pink has a wonderful voice and her hair always looks great.
by Anonymous | reply 462 | August 23, 2024 1:41 AM |
Pink looks like Tabatha Coffey who starred in 'Tabitha's Salon Takeover' in the 2000s. She needs a new look - hers is outdated.
by Anonymous | reply 463 | August 23, 2024 1:41 AM |
I know, right R418? Such a wonderful giveaway that they don’t live anywhere in or near Massachusetts and enjoy being brainwashed. ;)

Okay, I like Mark Kelly, but I'm glad he wasn't Kamala's running mate.
by Anonymous | reply 482 | August 23, 2024 1:46 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 504 | August 23, 2024 1:52 AM |
Tonight's speakers are SOOOOOOOOO boring!
I understand that they didn't want anyone to upstage Kamala, but they at least needed some speakers to liven up the crowd.
After 3 nights of amazing speeches, tonight is kind of a let down.
by Anonymous | reply 505 | August 23, 2024 1:53 AM |
Wake me when Kamala walks on.
by Anonymous | reply 506 | August 23, 2024 1:53 AM |
Yeah, I wasn’t that impressed with Shapiro. I’m sure he’s a good, capable politician but he didn’t connect like Doug Emhoff and Tim Walz.
by Anonymous | reply 507 | August 23, 2024 1:53 AM |
This convention has done everything it needed to do. Every single thing.
by Anonymous | reply 508 | August 23, 2024 1:53 AM |

Shapiro gave a great speech. He mission was different. Emhoff and Walz's job was to connect with you. Shapiro was the attack dog to take down Trump. All of them did great jobs.
by Anonymous | reply 520 | August 23, 2024 1:57 AM |
Yes yes yes more of this.

Get off the stage, Eva.

Here’s Adam. Not as cute as Chris Swanson
by Anonymous | reply 564 | August 23, 2024 2:09 AM |
Adam! God he sacrificed everything for that committee.
by Anonymous | reply 565 | August 23, 2024 2:09 AM |
Adam's suit looks too tight for him.
And I love it!
by Anonymous | reply 566 | August 23, 2024 2:09 AM |
He's still hot
by Anonymous | reply 567 | August 23, 2024 2:09 AM |
I dunno, he’s real cute.
by Anonymous | reply 568 | August 23, 2024 2:09 AM |
I love how Adam likes him some low-key side dick.
by Anonymous | reply 569 | August 23, 2024 2:10 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 570 | August 23, 2024 2:10 AM |
Yes, you’re right r520. I might listen to that again.
by Anonymous | reply 571 | August 23, 2024 2:10 AM |
Kizinger is great at speeches.
by Anonymous | reply 572 | August 23, 2024 2:10 AM |
Adam would be a fool not to come back to politics as a Democrat.
I mean, what's stopping him?
by Anonymous | reply 573 | August 23, 2024 2:10 AM |
Adam's suit looks tight because he's wearing a harness underneath.
by Anonymous | reply 574 | August 23, 2024 2:11 AM |
His politics
by Anonymous | reply 575 | August 23, 2024 2:11 AM |
R573: He doesn't align with the party on many issues. If we had a more proportional voting system for Congress, he could launch his own party and win seats.
by Anonymous | reply 576 | August 23, 2024 2:11 AM |
I’d love to lick that big jaw. So my type. Ugh.
by Anonymous | reply 577 | August 23, 2024 2:11 AM |
Adam's suit is hideous.
by Anonymous | reply 578 | August 23, 2024 2:11 AM |
Adam is still a conservative, that won't swing in a Democratic primary.
by Anonymous | reply 579 | August 23, 2024 2:12 AM |
[quote]Adam would be a fool not to come back to politics as a Democrat.
His continued belief in bedrock conservative principles, one would imagine.
by Anonymous | reply 580 | August 23, 2024 2:13 AM |
Adam is smokin Trump and what's left of the GOP.
by Anonymous | reply 581 | August 23, 2024 2:13 AM |
Because he's a Republican who hates Trump, R573. They really should start their own party. The GOP has become unrecognizable under Trump.
by Anonymous | reply 582 | August 23, 2024 2:13 AM |
I don’t even know what conservatives stand for anymore. They have completely lost their way
by Anonymous | reply 583 | August 23, 2024 2:13 AM |
I love his green tie.
by Anonymous | reply 584 | August 23, 2024 2:13 AM |
Fox isn’t airing Adam.
by Anonymous | reply 585 | August 23, 2024 2:13 AM |
God I wish he'd get a Grindr message during his speech and the mic would pick up on that brrrp! sound.
by Anonymous | reply 586 | August 23, 2024 2:14 AM |
He’s hoping that post-Trump the Republican party will moderate enough for him to come back.
He may have to suck many cocks though.
by Anonymous | reply 587 | August 23, 2024 2:14 AM |
He's a conservative, but it is important to the two-party system to have a functioning center-right party. He's sacrificed his career in politics for the truth. That takes a lot. And he's cute as hell.
by Anonymous | reply 588 | August 23, 2024 2:15 AM |
Some of you gals are hard up.
by Anonymous | reply 589 | August 23, 2024 2:15 AM |
This is going to play really, really well.
by Anonymous | reply 590 | August 23, 2024 2:15 AM |
But will it play in Peoria?
by Anonymous | reply 591 | August 23, 2024 2:15 AM |
No, R587, that’s not happening & Adam has no future in his old party.
by Anonymous | reply 592 | August 23, 2024 2:15 AM |
The Democrats are the center-right party. The Republicans are a far-right party.
by Anonymous | reply 593 | August 23, 2024 2:16 AM |
Any Intel on why Gavin didn't get a speaking slot?
by Anonymous | reply 594 | August 23, 2024 2:16 AM |
Haha Nancy gives zero fucks about Adam.
I love her half clap.
She's like, "whatever."
I don't think she likes him.
by Anonymous | reply 595 | August 23, 2024 2:16 AM |
Adam is adorable. Scrumtious.
by Anonymous | reply 596 | August 23, 2024 2:16 AM |
His eyes are awfully shiny.
by Anonymous | reply 597 | August 23, 2024 2:16 AM |
That sound you hear, is a 1000 gay panties dropping to the floor!!!
by Anonymous | reply 598 | August 23, 2024 2:16 AM |
He hates Trump, he's good with me.
by Anonymous | reply 599 | August 23, 2024 2:17 AM |
I'd give him a blowjob for every cock he has to suck.
by Anonymous | reply 600 | August 23, 2024 2:17 AM |
Where the fuck is Kamala?
by Anonymous | reply 602 | August 23, 2024 2:17 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 609 | August 23, 2024 2:35 AM |
Fox News is not even having a serious critique of the convention, it's 5 people sitting around making jokes about CNN and how men in the Democratic party are "Low T".
by Anonymous | reply 610 | August 23, 2024 3:55 AM |
No R809 you have not seen this before Slavana, don't you have some street walking to do to supplement your Trolling income?
